MBKM & Recognition
This page will explain the policy on learning outside the study programme (Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka), credit transfer, and recognition of prior learning.
Official provisions will be published once established by the Study Programme and Faculty.
The programme fully supports Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM), which gives students the right to study outside their own programme for up to three semesters. The recognised forms of activity are listed below; international field study (KKL) is available alongside the domestic version.
Recognised forms of study outside the programme9
Internship or work practice in courts, law firms, notary offices, the prosecution service, the police, companies, and government agencies
Student exchange with law programmes at other universities, in Indonesia or abroad
Research at legal research institutes or legal study centres
Humanitarian projects — legal outreach and service in the community
Law-based entrepreneurship, including legal tech start-ups
Independent study or projects — law study groups and student law journals
Thematic community service (KKN Tematik) focused on legal outreach
National defence activities relevant to law and constitutional affairs
Field study (KKL), domestic and international
