Dr. Rakhmat Bowo Suharto, S.H., M.H.
Assistant Professor at the Undergraduate Programme in Legal Studies, Faculty of Law, Universitas Islam Sultan Agung (UNISSULA), with expertise in Administrative Law, Environmental Law. Holds a doctorate in Legal Sciences from Universitas Diponegoro (2011).
