UNISSULA Faculty of Law Scientific Paper Team Achieves Proud Accomplishment, Brings Home Medals at InspirEX Summit Fest, Universitas Brawijaya Malang
Semarang — The Scientific Paper (KTI) team of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Islam Sultan Agung (UNISSULA) Semarang, has once again brought honour to its alma mater on the national stage. At the InspirEX Summit Fest 2026, held at Universitas Brawijaya in Malang, East Java, the team of Ilham Febri Hardiansyah and Muhammad Syifa’udin succeeded in bringing home two medals at once.
The Silver Medal was won with a scientific paper entitled “Child Protect BU Design”, a child-protection design concept that offers both a legal approach and a practical solution to an increasingly pressing problem in society. Meanwhile, the Bronze Medal was secured with a paper entitled “Ecopoint Neci”, an innovation that raises the issue of environmental sustainability within a legal framework.
Both works were produced under the guidance of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ong Argo Victoria, supervisor and lecturer at the UNISSULA Faculty of Law, who consistently encourages students not to stop at mastering theory but to translate it into ideas that address real-world problems. This achievement affirms that law students are not only skilled in litigation, but are also able to compete in research and scientific writing at the national level.
Competing against participants from universities across Indonesia, the success of the FH UNISSULA team is proof that the academic climate built by the faculty — through competition coaching, the law laboratory, and lecturer mentoring — has borne proud results. This achievement further strengthens the track record of the UNISSULA Faculty of Law, which holds “Unggul” (Excellent) accreditation and is now moving towards international recognition.
Congratulations to Ilham Febri Hardiansyah, Muhammad Syifa’udin, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ong Argo Victoria. May this achievement inspire all students of the UNISSULA Faculty of Law to keep creating, excelling, and bringing benefit to the nation and the state.
